Established in March 2003, the Brookline Community Center for the Arts was a state-of-the-art facility located at 14 Green Street in Coolidge Corner, the bustling commercial center of Brookline. The Center's building was completely renovated with the highest workspace and performance needs of the artist in mind. Studio Floors:
All studios have sprung floors by Wooden Kiwi Productions with tongue & groove Canadian maple hardwood;
Excellent acoustics;

Studio Facilities:
Dressing rooms, bathrooms, mirrors, bars, heating and air conditioning, fans, waiting/reception areas,
advanced audio/video and computer systems, pianos, kitchen & bar furnishings,
wheelchair access to 1st floor facilities (Basement accessibility scheduled for 2004)

Studio rental is available by the hour. Hourly blocks are available based on availability. Inquire about half-day, day, and weekend rates and availability.
