Yelena  Neplok
Yelena Neplok, Piano, has achieved success both as a soloist and as a chamber musician in America and in her native Russia, where she eared her Bachelor's degree at the Rimsky-Korsakov College of Music and a Master's degree in piano performance and pedagogy at the St. Petersburg Conservatory. Ms Neplok's performances in Russia include numerous concerts in most prestigious Russian music halls, national radio and television programs, and participation in the International Festival of Arts. Yelena Neplok is the founder, artistic director, and soloist of the acclaimed 'Nigun' Chamber Ensemble. Since arriving in the U.S. in October 1994, Ms. Neploc continued her career in the U.S. with numerous performances at concerts and festivals. Hailed by The Boston Globe, she was the featured performer in New England Conservatory's concerts in Jordan Hall, the Boston Conservatory's concerts in Suelly Hall, Brandeis University and in many other venues. She has been featured in solo programs on national radio in Boston and New York as well as Boston television. Ms. Neplok has a solid grounding in piano pedagogy, she has been teacing piano for more than 25 years. Ms. Neplok successfully teaches students of all ages and levels. She is a genuine and experienced teacher, able to assist students in reaching their full potential, her students have performed in numerous competitions and concerts in Russian and the U.S. Ms Neplok is a former faculty member at the Boston Conservatory and is artist-in-residence at Hebrew College.
